Mr. LaMotta is a Director with JVKellyGroup, Inc. responsible for all administrative support processes within the firm including the management of company finances, financial reporting, records, and human resources. He has professional experience in the areas of Administration, Human Resources, Revenue Management, and Spend Analysis.
Prior to working in the Administration Department, Mr. LaMotta worked as a data analyst within the Solutions and Analytics team. He developed reporting tools to track purchasing compliance and monitor the spending behavior of various Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. LaMotta has experience in the development of RFP’s, implementation of contract management systems, the execution of sourcing taxonomies and creation of benchmark spend assessments.
Prior to joining JVKellyGroup, Inc., Mr. LaMotta worked as a Project Coordinator Analyst for Shearman & Sterling LLP's Revenue Administration Department. Mr. LaMotta supervised the development of billing and collection reports, structured fee arrangements, measured the profitability of attorney projects, and supervised the audit and reconciliation of Billing and Collection activity to ensure compliance with client agreements and firm-wide policies.
Mr. LaMotta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University at Albany. |
