JVKG Corporate Subscription Services (powered by CSMS)

CSMS is a Web based Subscription service that will reduce direct costs while providing significant improvement with the management and reporting of your corporate-wide subscription and publication services. We will provide a customized, company-branded, user-intuitive Subscription Website from which your employees can search and order, forward and approve, locate publisher “special offers”, process renewals, cancel or transfer subscriptions, check on order status, view and download reports and more. Users have access to their own data, department heads can order and manage for anyone in their departments.

While most subscription agencies charge a single, “standard” rate, CSMS maintains an extensive database of publisher-authorized pricing, updated daily, and we provide Minimum Rate Selection(SM) on all periodicals ordered by your employees. Every order is processed at the lowest publisher-authorized rate for which that subscriber is eligible, and we proactively seek discounts on your behalf. If, however, an employee receives a "special offer" that is lower than our rate, we are generally authorized by the publisher to honor the lowest price.

JVKG & CSMS have forged an agreement with a nationwide delivery network to provide select clients with immediate service — as soon as the same day or next, in certain cases — to over 400 newspapers and magazines, domestic and foreign, including prompt delivery of back issues.
